I just want to let you all on the most amazing recipe for AfricaFe that my buddy (who I love for introducing me to this wonderful instant coffee) from Africa showed me. Take two spoonfuls of coffee and two spoonfuls of sugar, and add just enough hot water to dissolve the powder. Stir this until the coffee is completely dissolved. Then, fill about 8oz of cold milk (possibly a little more, it was just a regular sized cup I used in my fraternity) and stir. Best instant iced coffee there ever was – I didn’t drink anything else for the rest of the semester. Cheers! – Amy Howard
